Kum-Kum Tourist Park

Kum-kum tourist park is a tourist location not far from the Kahayan bridge in Palangka Raya City. Only traveling approximately 8 minutes visitors can already enjoy the coolness of this tourist park.  Kum-kum is a tourist spot in the form of a mini zoo located on the banks of the Kahayan river. Some of the animals that inhabit this zoo include: crocodiles, sun bears, hornbills and monkeys. Due to its location which is quite close to the city center, this tourist spot is often visited on weekdays and during the holiday season. In addition to the beautiful environment because it is surrounded by shady trees, Kum-kum tours are often used as an educational tool for children to get to know nature and the animals found here.

The entrance fee to this tourist spot is IDR. 5,000 per person which is valid both on weekdays and holidays. In addition to the mini zoo, there is also a game arena for children and a gazebo for resting. The gazebo rental fee is IDR. 10,000 on weekdays and IDR. 20,000 on weekends or holidays.

Other facilities at Kum-kum Tourist Park include a culinary restaurant, souvenir shop, restrooms and an entertainment stage.
