Kanarakan Tourism Village

Kanarakan tourism village is located in Bukit Batu District, Palangka Raya City. This tourist destination takes a trip that requires extra energy because to get to that location you have to go through the river route using a kelotok/motorboat followed by walking a few meters. But along the way, visitors will be treated to beauty that is still very natural.

The travel time is around 30 minutes from Palangka Raya City to the Tangkiling pier and continuing using a motorboat is approximately 50 minutes.

Kanarakan Village is often also known as Kampung Dayak. The main attraction of this tourist attraction is the presence of sanding (house bone of Kaharingan) and sapundu (wood statue of Kaharingan), memantat (rubber tapping), traditional coffee, and local Dayak culture.

Apart from that, there are breeding deer and cow in this tourist spot, which can rarely be found in Palangka Raya City. Kanarakan Village is often a place of learning and research, especially in agriculture and animal husbandry.

The manager continues to make efforts to develop tourist sites in order to increase the attractiveness of visitors.
